Abstract submission deadline for presentations 1st May 2019
Confirm accepted presentations 10th May 2019

Call for Presentation & Tutorial Proposals

High Performance Computing & Data Analytics experts are encouraged to submit proposals for Presentations and Tutorials to be given during the conference. Concurrent sessions are scheduled in 15-minute, 30-minute and 60-minute blocks.

We would like to cover all areas of interest in HPC, HPDA, AI and Clustering. For this reason, we encourage you to submit presentations or tutorials related to these fields.

Proposal Submission

All submissions should be made electronically through the Easychair website.

All proposals must be submitted as a single pdf file by 21st May, 2019, including:

  1. Contact information
  2. A 200-word (maximum) abstract
  3. Only for tutorials: a detailed description of the tutorial content (maximum 2 pages) containing:
    • Targeted audience
    • Content level (split into beginner, intermediate or advanced)
    • Audience prerequisites
    • Detailed outline (maximum 1 page)

Accommodation & Location

The meeting will be hosted by Barcelona Advanced Industry Park, Marie Curie, s/n, 08042 Barcelona (Spain).


No special accommodation has been agreed by the workshop organization, but there are several hotels and student residences available close to the venue.
